I have been on the phone with a member here that is #8 on the 6 level of the company Matrix. With only 1427 members in. If you do your reserch here you will see the seacai Business TLC had been in Business for three years with 47,000 Distributors.

Now that they are going to the Frutavida Pay-plan and brought in some other organizers. They are letting us sign-up free right now and position for upgrading as they plug this 47,000 members that are promising will make more money in this plan then in the Binery they are in that is converting to this. The way I have been told is when the new website is ready then you better upgrade cause that is when they are plugging in. Can you imagine getting in a Business with Distributor's falling below you. WOW!!!

I was also told By my upline that there are even bigger numbers to come. But I am not going to elaberate on that cause I just went in to her. And all ready have 4 under me. Upgraded. I am a big believer in the aca'i, but this is in a liguid vitamin formula different then my Frutavida Business. I will never take from that. 2 X 7 Compressing Matrix

Absolutely no qualifying group volume requirements to earn money.
All you are required to do is stay active with personal product purchase of just 1 bottle to earn all the way through level 6. To earn even more on level 7 just sponsor 1 person and be on 4 bottle autoship each month, thats it!
Matrix means that you and your upline are only allowed a certain number of people on each level of your Matrix. This limiting of people to each level creates an environment that when you and your upline continue sponsoring new people these people are pushed down into your group under people you have personally sponsored!
By maintaining a monthly product purchase and without sponsoring anyone themselves, a member could theoretically earn a significant residual income, simply by being a loyal customer. They would only be limited by their membership level and the number of people others have added to their Matrix.
The Matrix compresses at the end of the month by filling all the "holes" that are left by people that are inactive. What this means is there is the potential for you to have up to double the amount of people on any given level after the compression is done. We "Reach down" 7 full levels and keep reaching until we have filled your matrix on seven levels or run out of depth. This helps ensure you get as much commission as possible and that you get credit for members many levels below your 7th level!

Ruby, Emerald and Diamond Compensation Pay Plan

For every person you personally sponsor, you will receive the above Fast Start bonus. These bonuses are paid 4 times per month. If a person upgrades you will receive a second Fast Start check for $20.00. Two new members per month will easily keep your membership paid.
Starting a new members at any level in your matrix and any level they join at are added to your matrix. At the end of every month the computer will automatically determine their current membership level and compress your entire matrix (infinite levels deep) to fill all positions available within that upline. The computer will also expand the matrix when there is a hole between members. This expansion and compression will enable the 7th level to hold up to 256 and also ensures you get credit below your 7th level to fill your matrix.
For every person you personally sponsor you will receive a 100% Matching Bonus of their Matrix. There are no limits to the number of Matching Bonuses you can collect. No expansion is included. As a Ruby Member you will receive the Ruby Matrix earning on your entire Matrix and Matching Bonus even when there are Emerald or Diamond Members enrolled in your matrix, you still get credit. Matrix Extra's

It is inevitable that eventually people will leave your organization and create holes within your matrix. At the end of the month the computer will temporarily fill them be compressing the matrix, but the hole remains.
The position will remain the property of the original sponsor of that position and can only be filled by the sponsor or the company. When that position is filled the position will still provide the Matching Bonus to that original sponsor.

In some extreme circumstances this position could be earning a significant residual income. Under no circumstances are members allowed to sell that position to a new member for any additional money. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination.

***You must be a Diamond member to receive the full Personal Matrix and Matching Bonus commissions for a personally sponsored Diamond Member. If you are a Ruby or Emerald Member at the end of the commission period, you will be paid Matrix and Matching Bonus commissions .based at the lower rate until the next full month at the Diamond level.

A case of 12 bottles of Nutra Burst is available for those interested in retail or sharing with friends and family. The case price cost is $220 or $18.33 per bottle, plus shipping. You have to retail the Case bottle of Nutra-Burst for $39.95.
QUALIFICATIONS:

In order to have access to the Case option you must be an active Diamond autoship customer.

The Case can ship the same day as your Diamond order, or at a later date in the same month, but NEVER before the Premium order ships.

When members within in your line of sponsorship purchase a Case, you maybe eligible for the Case Bonus.

Case Bonus pays out $70, four times per month through the line of sponsorship. If the member who orders the Case is sponsored by a Diamond
- $30 dollars would be paid to their direct upline sponsor in the event they are a qualified Diamond member.

- The remaining $40 will be paid up the line of sponsorship to the next 4 Diamond sponsors at $10 dollars each. *If the member who orders the Case is sponsored by a Ruby or Emerald

- The $30 Bonus is split between the sponsoring Ruby/Emerald ($10) and the first Diamond ($20) up the line of sponsorship.

-The remaining $40 will be roll-up to the next 4 Diamond members in the line of sponsorship. In the event a direct sponsor is inactive the process above would just move upline to the next Diamond member.
