A PC can not accumulate points or view points below them in the binary.
A PC has a 10% discount.
A PC Does Fall in the Binary Tree and Maintains their position, all points will by-pass them and are non commissionable.

Susiefreaky did you get your 2 yet?

I do not usually join anything I have to sell. The last one I promoted was GZ after going gold right at Christmas time and well that turned out to be a dud so far.
