    Exclamation **What My CC Companies Said...! ;-) **

    Hey All!

    O-mi-gosh! I got this letter in the mail today regarding the request for a refund to my one credit card (from StormPay) and it said...

    "While we are corresponding with www.stormpay.com on your behalf, we have issued a temporary credit to your account for the amount of XXXXX".

    The part that got me was that they said that they were 'corresponding' with Stormpay...also

    "This credit will remain on your account unless the merchant can provide proof that this is a valid charge within two complete billing cycles..."

    THAT was the kicker! The CHARGES are valid...but I did not receive the 'services' that I paid for because of Stormpay.

    SO! Off to the phone I went and contacted my CC company. First I asked them how they are getting a-hold of Stormpay, because I couldn't get them to respond to my support tickets or to answer my phone calls! The woman said "We are in contact with StormPay's bank, not the actual merchant (Stormpay)".

    So then I told her that I DID in fact authorize the charge, but I did not receive the service that I paid for.

    THIS IS THE BEST!!!!!! She said...her exact words.....

    "THEY TOOK ALL THE PEOPLES' MONEY AND RAN." (!!!!!!!) I was like, 'Oh, so you've heard about this?' and she said "THE WHOLE CC INDUSTRY HAS HEARD OF THIS" and again, she stated "THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND JUST RAN."

    So there you have it folks! I checked out my other credit card company that I had in my StormPay account and the man said that he had heard something about bankruptcy and what a terrible thing they (StormPay) had done to everyone involved.

    SO! I urge anyone that feels it necessary to show their support for 12DP and other autosurf programs that have been affected to visit

    and please note the TOLL FREE phone number that they have listed to report any 'information or who suspect being a victim' and if you are so inclined to give them a call to let them know that it is not 12DP that has commited FRAUD, but StormPay, and that you would like to place a complaint because they have in fact illegally stolen your money!

    I dunno...Just a thought.... ;-)

    Yes it was... I had 6.00 and 60.00 and two 600.00 upgrades in 12daily and for some reason I was never debited the second 600.00 (LUCKY I GUESS) I thought that was weird but did lose the rest until my Bank did the charge back for the rest..Just what happened to me....

    SO THAT TO ME MEANS IT IS OVER DO YOUR CHARGE BACKS AND THEN FOLLOW THE AMIN OF 12DAILY IF YOU WANT ....NOT ME ..SORRY

    I thought I should let everyone know that all...YES ALL the money I sent Stormpay has been reimbursed by my CC company. So, I am waiting for Stormpay to send me a nasty email about this...LOL

    Thumbs up I filed my Complaint with the FBI thanks

    Sorry to hear about StormPay taking my money and running, I'm glad 12DP is not at fault.

    Default My money is still in 12dailypro.

    I had $1800. reinvested in 12dailypro when all the problems started. I ended up surfing anyway and had a pending payment of around $2,500. So my money is still in 12dailypro and not in Stormpay. I'm not sure if this is better or worse for me. I will just have to wait and see what happens. marylee9

    Everyone that had money in Stormpay had it taken by stormpay and chargebacked into 12DP anyway, so ALL money is in 12DP's stormpay account really.

    Hi-ya everybody! :-)

    I don't know if this is old news or not...but I found this snooping around last night...I am going to try and find the exact link...but it was words to the effect of

    **Stormpays business license is due to expire as of March 15, 2006. If they wished to extend the length of the validity of the license, they would have had to do it by January 15, 2006.**

    It really makes sense because he started this all the first week of February and now he is issuing chargebacks from way back in September!

    Also, not just for surf sites! Terrible, rotten individual. Completely illegal what he did and is continuing to do...I hope the authorities investigate StormPay and IT'S owner as thoroughly as they are 12DP. (And no, I was never a cheerleader..and I'm still not! LoL!) What's fair, is fair. Period.

    Again, if this is old...sorry...delete this if you wish! ;-)
