Thread: StormPay is gone for good...

The owner of Stormpay was seen boarding a plane out of the country. Also the website is gone...I guess this crook was expecting the perfect opportunity that honest people like 12DP and AT gave them...They put themselves in the hands of the "devil" and facilitated everything to this crook.

THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY CROOKS, ONE THAT COMES TO MIND IS rofits4investingtoo, WHO DON'T PAY THEIR DEBTS AND I AM SURE HAVE SKIPPED WITH A LOT OF OUR FUNDS

Can they just invent any bogus claim to hold funds? Aren't they regulated like banks who need a court order in order to do this?? Don't they have a fiduciary duty to the people who trust their funds to them (like banks and investment entities)???? This is like the Old West laws...Simply outrageous and open to "greedy lusty" individuals like StormPay (yes, what a storm it is) owner???

Uh you simply dont know what you are talking about. The CEO could NOT just up a run with the funds. There is just NO WAY!



I am sure they are being investigated by now also..... But as for 12DP I would imagine that the end has come....

One question. We know that StormPay froze autosurf program accounts. I would like to know does StormPay is still releasing withdrawals to their members? Can I still make withdrawal from StormPay and is time frame for withdrawals changed?

They have done it to HYIPs that used their "services"...There is just not way they could have done an investigation (not a real one, since there is not government internvention)...This is just outrageous..This is like witch hunting...You're guilty because we determine so...So we can have your posessions...

Stormpay must be made to pay for all the damage they are causing with their blackmail and lies in order to justify stealing our money by freezing our accounts, and the accounts of all surf programs and anything else they want to freeze for whatever reason they invent. If you live in TN, file a complaint with FTC-SCAMS with google search and then the AG as they have a cease and desist on file already dating back to 2003. They violated this order, so it is now criminal case, so let put them where they belong, in jail.

people need to learn the difference between BLACKMAIL and EXTORTION. 12dp is being extorted NOT blackmailed (they don't have anything to hide!)

Blackmail is where it all began when they refused to allow 12DP access to their account unless they made Stormpay the only processor, and that sounds like blackmail to me. Extortion was their second action which involved seizure of money in accounts without justification or cause, so I guess you might say both apply here. (g)
