It appears to me that most folks (naysayers) have forgotten something very important regarding PIPs money..... If you can't afford to lose it ... don't invest. So if we all lose our investment.. so be it.. This was not a forced investment. We all felt it would help us out, our families, our loved ones... I'm convinced that good will come out of all of this.. But when I put my money in... I let it go...

I have read so much conjecture about PIPS. Some is positive to the point of absurdity. Some is negative to the point of frantic madness. I have read my money is safe. I have read I will never get it back... that it is gone. If it is gone, where did it supposedly go? If it is not, I think the bank in Malaysia to get the lead out and disperse our funds directly back to us. Does anyone have a connection with Bank Negara Malaysia? We need real information.


Bank Negara Malaysia is it? Get the lead out. You have a moral responsibility to look at the inbound transactions, determine who did and did not get any returns, and based on the information, distribute the funds proportionally and directly to the depositors.

Considering the massive profits generated........??????......that simple act should be easy to do..... wouldn't you agree?f

No, I have to disagree; Lotto NOT ok. As far as getting our funds out of Bank Negara? Well, they are a bank; and siezed funds for legislative purposes remain with the bank. At least, that's the way it is here in the US. Don't see the bank in Malaysia being any different.

Bryan, I am a true optimist and believe PIPS will be back in new form and that is great. I have never posted anything before, but am desperate now. Bankruptcy is at my door and when site went down I had around 80k in acct. If PIPS was being resurected in whatever form and I knew that, I could possibly borrow from certain people to save bankruptcy, but willnot do that if I don't think I could pay them back. Had to ask, as I said I am desperate. First time poster. Pipster since Jan. '05 Thanks for any input Bryan.

No bitsurfer, Bank Negara can not pay us back. Because they are not a regulare bank.

We invested in PIPS / gave PIPS a loan, and only PIPS can pay us back.
The right ting to do is waiting for Bank Negara to finish the investigation, and let Bryan get the organisation up running, before we can expect any mony from PIPS.
