    My withdrawal says processed. Does that not mean the money should be in my e-gold account? The longer it goes from the first date that it said processed the harder it will be to get corrected it seems to me.

    I would like to hear from Charis. What am I suppose to think when my withdrawal says processed and I don't have the funds in my e-gold account. It was changed from pending to processed two days ago. I would understand if it was still saying pending. I have even upgraded my account with money I had in e-gold, which I had no problems doing. I don't even know if my support tickets are being submited as I can't get logged in to the support page. Even the lost password does not reply back to me. I'm at a loss at to what I should do.

    Default Take it easy, all will be ok, I'm sure

    Keep in mind almye, we're talking about doing business during the holiday season. Things are a little slow right now. E-Gold had problems not too long ago and may still be having some "hang over" from their system working correctly.

    Give it a day or so and see what happens. I'm quite sure your money isn't gone. Just caught up in all the holiday slow down, that's all. Chill out, take a deep breath, and all will be ok, I'm sure of that.

    12DP has been a dependable program and will continue to do so, that I do believe. Just for now, we have to be a little patient as, as history has taught us, the Internet gets a little sluggish around holidays, especially Christmas and New Years. You know, family time and all that?

    Default Processed !! but NO MONEY in E-Gold !!!

    My payment went processed 12/25 , but has not showed up in my e-gold acct. !! i have sent a ticket ,but they have not responded !!! i see all kinds of advise on here about how long it takes and to be patient ,,, well are they the same people that said that about "PIPS" ???? I know the rules and i understand them , there is no rule that applies to this,, that i have found!!! i am not a trouble maker , but everyone that tries to sign you up in this program tells you what a good support system they have !! well i can't say much for it !! as long as things are going good for you i assume the system is great ,, but have a problem and test it for yourself !! As i read in the different forums , this problem (processed /no funds tranfered ) seems to be wide spread , but i see nothing that is an attempt to solve it !! I assume as always rule #1 applies don't invest what you can't loose !!!! now all the cheerleaders can jump on my butt if they want ,, but the problem still remain ,,, and you may be next !!!

    Hi all,

    Had an upgrade expire on 12/18 and showed processed today 12/28 and money was also in my e-gold account.
    Go figure, keep up the hope your money will show up.
    This was my first upgrade to expire in 12DP.

    4 days sense withdrawal went processed. NO money in e-gold OR a reply from support ticket, just wait does not seem to work either. Everythings works fine until you have a problem.

    It seems that with just a few people having this problem and having to write about it in the forums,, someone at 12dp would wakeup and get something done about this problem !!! they are not answering their own support tickets. i have had them posted since 12/25 then read i need to reapply yesterday and did !!! but still nothing !! this is more than enough to get me pissed-off !!! But what the hell can you do but ***** when it is the internet !!! RIGHT ????

    I'm with you DWAIN.
    I have posted and reposted and reposted each time they have done "maintenance" on the support site, with post being deleted with each maintenance. STILL NO answer. But as per the members without a problem, this is a great program with no problems.

    Hi,

    My upgrade expired dec 18th. Today, 29th, I received the money in my e-gold.

    According to news on 12dailypro site, they will extend the payout-time from 7 days to 10 days for E-gold payment due to all the "incidents" with this payment processor. Payment to Stormpay is still done in 4 to 7 days.

    Also in the news - to many tickets is sent to the support. They cannot handle them all - log in to the site and read about their solutuons.
