    Well, it's seems to me you overlooked a few lines in the News Update from 12dailypro dec 27th:

    Qoute;
    Processed But Not Received
    These issues need to be submitted to the appropriate Egold or Stormpay Payment Issues dept.

    Than 12dailypro should give me a batch number so it can be traced in e-gold. I can give them a batch number for the money I have sent them.

    "Egold Payment Issues
    The dept. will handle any specific account issues related to upgrading with or receiving payment to Egold. We will not answer any general questions about Egold, pending payment time, or potential new payment processors. If you had an open ticket regarding a specific E-Gold payment issue that has not yet been resolved OR addressed in a member news item, please open a new ticket in the new Streamlined Mode Ticket System. "

    I have a specific question about my lost payment and can't get an answer. This lost payment is one of very few, it should be able to be answered.

    i have read and followed all the post and done everything i can do , i posted my ticket ,in the egold payment issue area as i assume al has done but until support get in gear and answers my support tickets i am screwed !!! Thank you for your help , but try not to assume that all of us in the forums are dummies !!!

    To Whom Concerned,

    My first post was just an information to everybody about the timeline to expect these days with 12dailypro. As can be seen I also had some worries a few days.

    When I added the 'news update' i only had in mind that they switched to a new system - and was not aimed to any individuals.

    If I offended someone - I really apologize.

    Default the problem solved !!

    After reading that Almye's acct was fixed , i checked mine and it was fixed also !! THANKS to whome ever done it or had it done !! I also want to think everyone for the help and advise that i got on this forum and another forum where is was looking for help !! Thanks one and all !!! have a HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!
