I see that someone asked how this was good for those outside the US and the question never seemed to be answered clearly to me.

1) Are there restrictions or disadvantages for those outside the US?

2) IF outside the US should one only take the basic free account or is the GOLD still a viable option?

3) What about the merchant and auction goods to buy with webcash - is there a disadvantage to receiving them if outside the US?

4) I am new to this online thing and want to make the best choice.
