Dear PlexPay members

We are pleased to inform you on the latest developments.

Last week we finished compiling all of the documentation and receipts regarding the investments made by GPS.
This has been handed over to our attorneys, who say that this will prove the police wrong, and take the sting out of the case made against us.

We are aware of the fact that there still are people claiming that there has been no investments made.
We therefore urge you to rely on the official information presented to you through these newsletters.

Some members have demanded information such as dates, how much have been invested, and where. Threats have been made about going to the media, and filing lawsuits.
The only thing you will attain by doing so, is to further postpone the reopening. We are doing everything in accordance with the advice we've received from our attourneys and accountants.

Our goal is to reopen PlexPay as soon as humanly possible, but we have to abide by the guidelines given by the authorities.
This to ensure the safety of our member's funds.
We've received suggestions that all we have to do, is to move the servers to another country and restart there.
To us, this would be the wrong.
We are not just interested in starting up again, but to ensure that this does not happen again.
That is why we are determined to regain the seized goods and get back to business as usual.
By doing so, we will not only have gained strength, but we also will have provided you with valuable argumentation against the negativeness you have faced.

All the information required by Loyal Bank has been sent, and your accounts will be opened shortly.

We are currently working by judicial deadlines, and things does not happen overnight.
These newletters will only be sent when there are important updates.
We do not fabricate news just to be able to send newsletters.
So when the facts are there, you will be informed promptly.

The results from the work we have been doing the past weeks indicates that we'll soon be able to break the best of news for all of us.

Seems they're doing all they can and am sure the Courts aren't ones to hurry things up for anyone.

So so so hope they come back for all our sakes.

Now that would deserve one heck of a party!!

I'm not in Plexpay, but I hope for the sake of all the pipsters who are that they are for real and that they get through this.
