Dear Plexpay members

We are happy to be able to give you all an update already, only 5 days after the last newsletter.
It is important that you forward this e-mail to everyone in your network, and that the whole content is sent without any changes in the text or message.
It is very important that as many members as possible gets this information.

New Chairman of the Board and CEO
As a part og the work to get control over the situation, it has been necessary to hold extraordinary general meeting in Pure Invest AS.
This was held the 12th of October at 19.00 were a new Chairman and CEO was elected.
O.A. Johansen was elected as Chairman. O.A. Johansen is educated as an economist, and have trough many years work with international trade and administration within several line of business. He now gets the responsibility to coordinate and lead the workgroup on.

CEO is Elena Paasche, and is now hired on a permanent basis. She has great knowledge within accounting and administration. With this experience we now have a management that knows how vouchers, accounts and documents should be handled. In addition we off course also have a 3rd party accounting consultant to assist in the work.
Routines for control and guidelines for responsibility are also revised, so that we will not end up in any similar situation as we have today were 1 person have had the written authority.

It is important to separate roles and companies. Pure Invest AS is the Norwegian stock company that sells administrative services and support to Evolve Trading.

Evolve Trading
The company is these days working at prepare/gather the necessary documents to hold an extraordinary general meeting shortly.
The main purpose is to get a new administration and management. These will in the coming days deal with the police, as well as assist the management in Pure Investment AS

Economy
One of the main tasks for the management has been to get an overview of the financial situation. This work has been very difficult because we don’t have the vouchers and documentation needed, as this was confiscate together with our computer equipment from the offices of Pure Invest AS 3 weeks ago. But we have managed to gather some of this information, and the situation for the company looks a lot brighter as we can state that there are substantial values in the Plexpay system despite the Police ravage. To get the full overview there is still some work left. In this, we hope that Evole Trading will assist more in the coming days.

Loyal Bank
In regards to all the members accounts we are now working at getting the information and documentation needed for the bank to open your accounts. We are in daily communications with the management of the bank, and there is great understanding from the bank, and they also understand that the members are frustrated. As soon as the necessary information and documentation is in place, opening the accounts will be fast.

This is a support site were we will put out information in the time ahead. Password and username is the same as accessing the GPS site.
We also want to inform that this site is made by a member in the network, and thus is not owned by Plexpay. We have approved the site, and it will be considered as an official support site.
There is no point to send a lot of questions or remarks to this page, as it will not be answered or distributed. Only information from the management will be put out here, and the site is in Norwegian.

Media and forums
There is a great deal of wrong information floating around. This is – as always – due to rumours and someone who think they know more that what is the reality. A good example is that last weekend there was a rumour that our CEO was released from Prison, and that the Plexpay site would be back up by Monday (10th of October). This shows how inaccurate information that is online. We have chosen not to use the media as our source of information, as this information easily will be affected by the views of the journalist that writes it. We have much experience with the press, and know that conflicts are the best sellers, and that it is the medias job to find and convey this.

We choose to use newsletters to all our members, and we will not spend time commenting on what’s said in different forums or newspapers. If this should be necessary, then our company’s lawyers will handle it.

Progress and equipement
Tingsretten (Court) did not give us approval to get our equipment and servers back, and based this on the possibility of destroying evidence in the case against CEO. We are now working together with our lawyers to get our appeal up in Lagmannsretten (higher court) as soon as possible. We have reason to believe his may happen already at the end of this week. Out lawyers have great faith, and believe we have a good possibility for our demands to come trough. If we are successful with this, we will work hard and fast to get he servers back up and a line of communication out to the network.

As you probably have understood by now, the management has great faith that Plexpay will be back up again, and we would off course never have gotten a new Chairman and CEO if we didn’t believe his.

We wish to direct a great thanks to all of you in the network that support and encourage us in this time consuming and hard job we have now. Also a great thanks to all of you that spend hours each day talking to or informing your network.

We also want to add that for those of you that have lots of specific questions and remarks about who does what, competence in the management and so forth, will not be prioritized to answer now. We believe the management has great knowledge and experience, and will in addition hire in any necessary competence were it’s needed.

We will come with new information for the network at the end of this week, or in the weekend – and wish to thank all for your trust and time.
