A special forum has been set up by PlexPay members to build a case for the return of funds to members. The following email was released today and the forum is open only to PlexPay members....

Exactly,

These deals are all the same, by the time someone takes action, or a class action is created, the money had been lost to receivers or some other investigative branch of government, and with this deal, we have no clue how much money was seized or frozen, so I agree, this will take years to settle.
