All we need is someone who can Sign that also can hear and have them listen to the audio of the current tutorial and Sign in front of a video camera. Then we can link that into the tutorial.

See what you can come up with.

Simply put, u have the video clip playing the audio with a person doing sign language so hearing impaired people can see the person doing the sign language.
Do these hearing iimpaired people have someone that can hear & do the sign language on a video clip that can be put on the NIL website/tutorial site?
    This would greatly help Banana..

I have gotten the request from a very inthused individual. They want several position and have groups of the same that are deaf. It was just a request as they can help eacj as they go. If we can accomplish this, it will just make it easier for them and for the future of NIL when coming into this delimia. I want NIL for all to be as comfortable to all and for all. As we do this, it shows our ability as a Team to work as a Team. This is just the beginning of NIL. Thanks.

What about doing it as a Power Point presentation with screenshots that they can advance through at their own pace? Have the information written down.

If the video quality is poor, could possibly make the signing/lip reading difficult to see? Just a thought.

    Cheers,
    Kathy

I haven't seen it in a while. But from what I remember it was in screen shots. I have been in contact with this individual thru email. They are going to try and see if they can approach it that way.

The only Problem is banana has the NIL site down for time being, so everything can catch-up. I will report futher results from this member as soon as they come. Thanks Kathy O for the suggestion.
