When the first email is sent to you it refers to the NIL Member Userid pXXXXXXXXX because the NIL system does not know what their CF Program Userid is yet untill they join CF and advise the NIL System of that.

The second email is generated when the NIL Member advises the NIL system of the CF Userid that they used to join CF. That is why you are required to validate that they are in your CF Downline.

And the Answer should be clear now you use:-
In your case;
Downline Allocated Member Program Userid: rtXXXX
code will be : 1XX
