Legends Ticket Service is an independent, privately owned company specializing in obtaining quality seating and seats to all the major national concert, theater and sporting events. Whether you are looking for Major League Baseball, NFL Football, or NBA Basketball tickets, Concert tickets, Theater tickets in Chicago, NYC or Las Vegas Show Tickets, we can get them for you.

All prices quoted by Legends Ticket Service already include all service charges and reflects our cost of obtaining preferred seating. Unlike some other brokers, there are no hidden fees with Legends Ticket Service. We don’t charge a percentage to use a credit card, and we don’t have any extra service or handling fees. We only charge for shipping the tickets to you, and Wisconsin State Sales Tax. If the event is held outside of Wisconsin, there is no sales tax applied.

We are not affiliated with Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, any team or venue. We are a licensed ticket broker and sell tickets for over the face value. All ticket prices are based on supply, demand, and seat location. We have a combined 30 years of experience in the ticket brokering business, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices and availability are subject to change at any time. All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is confirmed by Legends Ticket Sevice. Orders placed after 6PM CST weekdays or on weekends may not be processed until the next working day.



The following terms and conditions govern your purchase of tickets through Legends Ticket Service. Please read through the Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase.

Legends Event Cancellation and Postponement Policy
Since tickets are a one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us online or by telephone. This takes effect immediately after your request has been placed. Please order tickets only after you are absolutely certain you want them. In some instances tickets can be returned to us on a consignment basis, and we will do our best to try and re-sell them for you. Please see our Consignment information page. If the event is cancelled, we will refund the total amount paid, less any shipping charges upon return of the tickets to us. Unused ticket(s) must be returned, in original condition, to our office via FedEx or registered mail within ten (10) business days AFTER the event has been officially cancelled. In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available.
If an event is postponed and rescheduled, the same tickets will be honored for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, we will try to sell them for you on a consignment basis. If we find out an event has been canceled or postponed, we will make every effort to contact customers who have purchased tickets. Still, it is the responsibility of the customer, to check with us, or local media outlets to get the most up-to-date time and date for when the postponed event will take place. If you cannot make the new date we can only offer to try and sell your tickets for you on a consignment basis. If we are able to sell your tickets you would receive 100% of the amount that we sell them for up to the price that you paid. eSeats.com will make every attempt possible to sell consignment tickets ahead of any other tickets listed for that event. Since we are not able to obtain a refund on the tickets that we purchased for you we are in turn not able to offer customers refunds on postponed events.
Event dates and times printed on the face of the tickets are always subject to change. This is especially true for sporting events that are subject to ********** scheduling conflicts. It is important that you check with the us or local media to assure that you arrive at the correct time and date. All Sales Are Final - No Exceptions

Ticket Prices, Availability & Seating Location

Due to the costs associated with obtaining premium tickets in the secondary market, the price you pay for tickets through Legends Ticket Service is typically much higher than the FACE VALUE printed on the tickets. Much like the stock market, ticket prices in the secondary market are dictated by the laws of supply and demand and not the Face Value printed on the tickets.

Check your tickets carefully upon receipt. If there is an error, we must be contacted and the tickets returned to our office within 72 hours of receipt.

Order Processing
For online orders, you will receive an e-mail immediately after you place your ticket request confirming that we have received your request for tickets. Your credit card is processed by us manually, and not always at the exact time of the order. In rare instances, the tickets you requested might no longer be available. We will contact you if the tickets you requested are no longer available or if we are unable to fill the order as you requested, and your card will not be charged. If the tickets you have requested are not available we will try our best to replace your request with equal or better tickets if they are available at the same price. Online orders placed after 6:00 PM CST during the week or on weekends may not be processed or shipped until the next business day. Orders will also not be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or during major holidays.

All delivery options are based on the date the tickets ship, not the date you placed the order. The delivery method you choose will determine how your order is shipped when your tickets are available and ready to ship. It is common for Fan Club, sporting events and VIP concert tickets not to be distributed until one to two weeks prior to the event. We will let you know if there will be a delay in shipping.

FedEx Signature Required
Due to the nature of tickets, if they are lost or stolen we cannot replace them. We require a signature that the tickets were delivered. Most deliveries are made via FedEx and will require a signature. It is your responsibility to be available to accept delivery. In the case of FedEx deliveries, you agree to provide FedEx with a secure delivery location and authorize someone at that address to act as your agent in your absence to accept delivery of the package. Shipping and delivery times are subject to FedEx’s delivery schedule and we cannot guarantee an exact time they will deliver. If the tickets are returned to us and you request us to resend the package, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred. Simply request your tickets to be shipped in a manner that will get them to you in time for your event. Please take into account any potential delays, such as adverse weather conditions. FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. When ordering, please provide a street address where someone will be available to sign for the shipment.

Will Call Tickets
Tickets that are available as Will Call will be available to pick up at or near the venue. We deliver these tickets ourselves and do our best to get them there at least an hour before the start of an event. We always provide an emergency phone number to contact us.


Credit Card Payment and Fraud Prevention
We accept all major credit cards, bank cards and PayPal. Checks can only be taken in person at our office.

A signed Credit Card Authorization Form may be required for the following type of transactions.

a. All International Orders
b. When the shipping address is different than your credit card billing address.
c. Phone orders over $500
d. Online orders over $1,500 when shipping and billing addresses are different
e. Any time at the discretion of the manager on duty

The Credit Card Authorization form will be faxed or emailed to you after we receive your request for tickets. Please sign and date the Credit Card Authorization that you will receive after submitting your request and fax it to 262-646-4275 along with a copy of a Photo ID as well as a front AND back copy of the credit card you are using for the purchase. You may black out any personal information on your photo ID you do not wish us to see as long as we can make out a signature and your name on the ID. You may also black out the first twelve digits on the card, we need to be able to read the last four digits on the card as well as your name on the front and the signature strip on the back. This policy is implemented to protect card holders and prevent credit card fraud.

Stolen, Lost or Late Tickets
When you receive your tickets keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Treat your tickets like cash. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage some tickets. Although extremely rare, if your tickets are lost or arrive late due to FedEx's negligence, you agree to limit Legends Ticket Service total financial liability to a maximum of $100, which is all that FedEx will insure up to. In the event your tickets are lost or arrive late due to FedEx's negligence, we will file a "Lost Claim" on your behalf and credit your account once we receive a refund from FedEx.



Pre-Orders
Tickets for some events are not available to ship until closer to the date of the event. Pre-Orders involve tickets that are purchased in advance and are not currently in stock. Tickets will be delivered as soon as we receive them. In some cases deliveries are not made until the week of the event. Please refer to individual event pages or call for more information.

Pre-Orders may require a Credit Card Authorization Form to be signed by the credit cardholder and faxed back to us along with a copy of the credit card (front and back) and driver’s license.

We reserve the right to upgrade tickets to a higher priced seating location at no additional cost to the customer.
