    Default Weighted Blanket

    Just heard about Weighted Blankets and found this on sale. Do these work and what brands do you recommend?

    Oh man, insomnia is terrible, so sorry for you brother.

    Studies have shown lack of sleep itself can cause overeating and weight gain and other issues.
    I'll echo the advice about staying away from screens, and junk food. And if possible take up a moderate exercise regime. Exhaust yourself. Even a little exercise is helpful if that's all you have time for. Good luck with it.
