I love it! I will have to remember that. So what are you doing first (besides finding and international bank)

I'm getting my husband a new vehicle. We finally got one for me at the end of March (I was driving a 1990 minivan that finally died), but he is driving a 1991 Pontiac Grand am that has seen its better days. We decided that I needed the new vehicle first, as I transport the kids everywhere, so he just called me from the dealership one day and told me to come pick out a color. I want him to be in a reliable vehicle too, as he drives 80 miles one way just to work. So that would definitely be my first purchase. Preferably without him knowing so that it would be in the driveway and a big surprise when he got home.

I was on the same line of thinking. My husband needs a new truck. He was talking about a new diesel (which is 9,000 more than regular). Me I am not a car person. I am paying off all debt except our house. (we will need the deductions), but I will put the money in an account for the amount of my house so if I have to I can pay it off. It is a nice feeling to know you can. My husband and I will take several vacations. I am sure I will come up with some other things but if I can do that I am feeling that would be the best day of my life (except the birth of my kids)

That's funny, my husband wants a diesel too. A Duramax diesel to be exact. But yes, vacations are on my mind also. We have never had a real family vacation. (except sleeping in our pop up at my uncle's house)

Debt...house...vehicles...in that order!

Need a vacation too...somewhere warm, on a beach, with no hurricanes!

I just asked my husband what a Duramax diesel was and he said "that's the one I want to get someday" Well "someday" may be closer than he thinks!
