I was under the impression the the money gift is traditionally for children.

Also, I thought I read that only people who show a ration card were able to get the 10k. This might cut down the number a bit.

So the 10,000 IQD for each citizen is still the equivalent of $6 ..........that sucks.

.33 would be $330,000 per million, If it was $33,000 it would be .033

Unless I am misunderstanding something, .33 (33 cents) times 1 million = 330,000 not 33,000. At least that is what my calculation and I came up with!! :)

I'll try . . . however the last time I asked them re: a new date they told us that since Condi had basically *laid-down-the-law* all info re: "sensitive" matters had been quarentined . . .
