    So every time I, or my mom have placed an order with SafeDinar we just pick the amount, enter our address and bingo! get the email thanking for the order.....NOWWWWW you get the 'thank you' email with your order number then a bit later you get this.....

    Called and spoke to Garrett and asked him about this new addition, and he told me that "that's how it has always been". Well, I'll tell ya, I have ordered from them quite a few times in the past year and had checked prices for my mom even YESTERDAY and that little blurb WAS NOT in there!

    Could it mean something?.....perhaps....could I be reading into it too much?....possible also...

    That's where we get ours from and have never been asked but both my best friend and my husbands have been asked for their dl every time. I think it's just random.

    I ordered from them on Sunday and this was not part of the deal. I am scheduled to receive my new order this afternoon Glad I got it in before they decided to do this I don't have a scanner and would have had trouble with this. Must be really close if the goverment is moving in and tightening up on us dinar owners

    I have also used SafeDinar, and I did not have to give them my driver's license/ID card.

    I just played around on their site, and if you purchase 4M Dinar or more, it wants your DL. If you choose 3M or less, it does not.

    Play around with it and you will see there must be a dollar amount that triggers the Driver's License request. Probably a Patriot Act regulation of some sort...

    I think if you order over a certain amount they need DL. If it is under 1 Million they don't ask for DL. That may have something to do with it.

    I don't know...my mom has bought a couple mil 3 separate times and this didn't pop up. I would think that it WOULDN"T be a random thing seeing as though they are speaking of Treasury Department compliance...probably want to be rather strict when it involves the 'big boys'!

    Hey Tiff,

    I ordered dinars from SafeD last Friday and had them delivered today...I have never had to fork over a copy of my driver's license. It must be new!! I am all done buying dinars now...just waiting for the big day!! WOOHOO!!
