Mine will, too. I have made so many different small purchases all through the year it will be interesting to see how to handle that IF this thing does RV overnight. I'm beginning to think that it would take a miracle to do so, but Hey, I know the man in charge of Miracles, and He can do whatever He wants when He wants.

Tax Talk: Zero capital gains taxes on the way?

    tax info for next year.
The current ordinary income tax rates for individuals are 10%, 15%, 25%, 28%, 33%, and 35%. Certain capital gains and qualified dividends (i.e., adjusted net capital gains) are taxed at 15%, or 5% for taxpayers in the 15% or 10% tax brackets. Pursuant to the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003 (JGTRRA) and extended by the Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act of 2005 (TIPRA), the 5% rate drops to 0% from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, these rates will sunset and revert to the pre-2001 rates of 15%, 28%, 31%, 36%, and 39.6%

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming, "Wow, what a ride!!!"

Default Bringing Dinar Into the States

    Hey Team,
How will the dinar be taxed if you declare it when bringing it into the states? I don't plan to do this but many of my friends here ask me this all the time. I personally have several accounts here in kuwait. Will the U.S. gov have visability of these accounts? How will they be taxed if so?
