    PM Maliki to confer with former PMs Allawi and Jaafari to settle security cabinet posts:

    The Iraqi Parliament has granted trust on 21/12/2010 to the new Iraqi cabinent, led by Nouri al-Maliki, after about 9 months of serious dialogue that followed March 7th nationwide parliamentary elections, including 42 cabinet posts, whilst Maliki kept the administrations of the Interior, Defense and National Security Ministries under him on temporary basis, whilst he assigned several other ministrial posts on "acting" basis for other ministers, pending the final assignment of their ministers.
