Baghdad, Sep 28, (VOI) – Iraq is to go back to winter time (GMT +3) on Sunday, the Iraqi government spokesman said on Thursday.
“A time change will be done on Sunday from summer time which is (GMT + 4 ) in local time to winter time (GMT +3 ),” the spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh told reporters.

PNA-At least 10,000 foreign workers arrived in Iraq's Kurdistan region over the current year.

The Travel and Residence department in the region grants a foreign worker an extendable temporary residence of three months on condition the hiring company offered guarantor for the worker, Farj said.

"The second half of the year witnessed an increase in the workers and experts arriving in Kurdistan region from Turkey, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Southeast Asia, U.S. and Europe," the source added.

Colonel Farj attributed the increase that occurred after June 2006 to the adoption of the Investment Law by Iraq's Kurdistan government.

This is what most people don't have a clue about, the Kurd's know how to run a country, and it would suit me just fine if they were running the whole country, if so, the revalue would have happened a year ago judging from what my Kurd's were telling me. Amazing how different those are in Baghdad and how ass backsword they are from Kurdish people. Getting close finally, this is going to be fun to watch everyone go totally nuts. LOL

Exactly, why whould they announce it in an interview that was made yesterday? If you look at the bottom of the article, thats what stated.

I belive it will be a pressconference or a live announcement! not from an interview days back!
