I sent a copy of my passport and drivers licence, scanned jpegs! Then I sent letter authorising the purchase of shares in banks. I have 200,000 shares in about 15 banks. With a arim of possibly cashing out in 5-10 years! Then leaving the money in warka and getting 13% interest!

I'm doing it through Warka I have an account with them and am using their proxy program (I know allot of people don't like this idea but I have never had any problem)<---and getting in at these rates is going to be massive I only own banking shares (Most of them except North due to a buying pause) I have spoken to a broker friend of mine in the UK who is also doing this and he sees no problem with the proxy program as the UK does it too Its like my UK shares I own them but I don't hold or have the certificate for them the broker does when I sell them my account gets the money I have sold some of my ISX shares just to see what happens and I got the confirmation and my Warka account was credited I also have loads in Al-Mamoura (real estate) Thinking on getting some hotels but a bit weary due to security but again would be the ideal time I suppose. I just feel with the amount of money going to be flowing into the country the financial sector is going to go crazy

Gents, I can't get into chat room but have some questions:
1. I am in country now and dont have my passport with me (might have to have the old lady scan and e-mail it) they restrict size so it may be a problem.
2. How did you get your US transfered to Warka to convert into dinar?
3. When you talk about proxy....I am guessing via internet transaction Little lost.
4. Once I get funds transfered to Warka I am assuming through wire transfer. Were do I go from there. Do I tell them referencing to the ISX company list What and how much I want to purchase?
Ok thats enough for know.....I was just in Warka and found it hard to navigate through opening an account.
Thanks CashEnjoying the thoughts of early retirement
