I am still waiting for online banking passwords to be reissued since they upgraded their system and the old passwords stopped working. Have others already recieved new password? If so, about when?

My password remained the same.. and the online banking shows that I received my interest also.....woOT

I don't know the minimums as it never came up when I set up my account, but your going to incur some wire fees setting up the account, so it's probably not worth it if your not depositing at least a half million dinar or more. Just my opinion.
