I don't understand why would you have to dictate?

If someone does not agree with a rumour - why are they not allowed to say so? I thought this was about 'freedom of speech'. Also think yeasayers should be moderated by mods - which at present they are not. Sorry - that's what is shown often.

un-respectful posts.. You can still voice your opinion according to our TOS, without any BASHING.... The Bashing has to STOP..

This vote is what will set our forum policy. I dont expect all to like the pool results, but that will indeed be our policy..

Freedom of speech is of no need in this Investment. Only need Speech on the Investment. ROL= Return on Investment!!! That was the impression I have always been under.

Keep the rumors section. Little if any of the information comming out of the MiddleEast can be backed up with supporting documentation. We need a forum to share this information and formulate a picture of the future of our investment free from ridicule. The TOS are fine.

to me freedom of speech is fine, but remember this is not our forum. it is up to the owner to make the rules and for us to abide by those rules, if not then say good bye.

by the way, i happen to love the rumors section but the key to my passion is that i take them for what they are worth rumor (not fact, but speculation)

Solution = have the moderators moderate both yeasayers and realists equally - this has really only ever been the root of the problem.. Simple really.
