I agree!! I can't think of anything funnier than waking a dear friend up at 4:00 a.m. and telling them in a very serious voice that it rv'ed!! Then start hooting and holllering and pretend crying with them....then saying "okay, well I have to go now; I'm gonna cash in a Chase" (I am dying laughing as I type) Wait about 15 minutes....enough time for cool D to tell her family and start celebrating.....THEN... call back and say "hehehe me, and rvdang were just kidding".....OMG WOULDN'T THAT BE A HOOOOT!?!?!?!

NutriBiotic is an excellent brand. Health food stores can get it or google for it. You will see it as GSE (grapefruit seed extract) it come in drops or capsules. There is also an excellent herbal company that will make them for you..check out viable herbal solutions.

Use it to clean your kitchen and to sanitize your toothbrushes also. The drops are in glycerin which is an awesome healer in and of itself. The drops are heavy and will sink to the bottom of the glass so stir and drink fast. The drops are bitter so if you want to use a little OJ in the mixture it will be compatible. Do not put it in eyes or use full strength in delicate membranes.

Yep, these days doctors aren't so quick to prescribe antiobitics for ear infections either, they say because of the build up of super bugs it's oblivious sometimes to the meds....fevers too, i learned to let them run for as long as comfortable, as long as not dangerously high, doctor said it's the bodies way of fighting off infection.

Here's what I used for my kids and IT WORKS! Warm some extra virgin olive oil (not too hot!) and using an eyedropper or even a small spoon pour a few drops into the sore ear. Give child Tylenol (never aspirin for children) for pain and use a blow dryer on the slow warm speed to warm the ear (very soothing), if child complains about oil in ear have her/him lie on the sore ear side so it drains out a bit. Right as rain by morning everytime! In our house anyway...

We use sweet oil here, but your right, it works pretty much every time.

the hair dryer i've heard of, i always have the extra virgin stuff, i love to cook with it, LOL.......now this advice is perfect timing, normally at least one of my kids will complain of swimmers ear at least once during the summer....my ped told us to use cotton balls with vaseline on the outside to deter water, but what kids are gonna keep those in their ears?? LOL thanks! i'm really liking this thread. Ok, here's one i've used for chicken pox, bites, any itchiness on kids, simple water and cornstarch paste, almost instant relief, when i lived in AZ though, i used to just break off some aloe vera plant stick in fridge and used it cold on itches, burns etc......
