يطيب لي بمناسبة عقد مؤتمركم العام ان اقدم شكري وتقديري لكل الجهود المخلصة التي تهدف الى ايصال المعلومة الصادقة , والموقف المسؤول الى الراي العام , بالشكل الذي يسهم في اقامة علاقة ايجابية بين المواطن والدولة , لان من شان هذه العلاقة ان تعزز حس الثقة لدى المواطن , وان تعمق شعورنا بالمسؤولية تجاهه.

PNA- أكد اياد السامرائي، رئيس اللجنة البرلمانية المكلفة وضع تعديلات دستورية «استمرار حدة الخلاف بين الكتل السياسية حول عدد من القضايا الخلافية التي لم تستطع حسمها خلال الفترة المحددة لها في 15 الشهر الجاري»، وأبرزها قضية كركوك وصلاحيات الاقاليم واجتثاث البعث وهوية العراق، فيما رجح برلماني من «الائتلاف» الشيعي اعتماد اقتراح بتحويل كركوك الى اقليم مستقل»).

اما الاقتراح الثاني فيتضمن جعل مدينة كركوك اقليماً مستقلاً شرط استرجاع الأراضي المقتطعة من اقليم كوردستان واجراء استفتاء في كركوك بعد مرور ثلاث سنوات لتخييرها بين الانضمام الى الاقليم او البقاء ضمن الحكومة المركزية او بقائها اقليماً مستقلاً بذاته.

ولفت راوندوزي الى ان «الحكومة الكردية تدرس الاقتراحين وستعلن موقفها في غضون الايام القليلة المقبلة».

الى ذلك قال النائب عباس البياتي من «الاتحاد الاسلامي لتركمان العراق» ان «اللجنة الدستورية اشارت الى آراء عدة أبرزها حل على مرحلتين يحفظ حقوق الجميع، وتحويل كركوك اقليماً مستقلاً لمدة خمس الى سبع سنوات».

So said MP Abbas Al-Bayati of «Islamic Union for Iraqi Turkmen» that «Constitutional Commission pointed out several opinions on the two most prominent solution that preserves the rights of everybody, and the conversion of Kirkuk provinces separate for a period of five to seven years».

واضاف: «تلحظ المرحلة الثانية اتخاذ برلمان الاقليم قراراً بالحاق او دمج الاقليم باقليم آخر او البقاء مستقلاً».

اشرف السيد مسعود البارزاني رئيس اقليم كوردستان يوم الثلاثاء على اجتماع أعتيادي للمجلس الاعلى للاحزاب السياسية في اقليم كوردستان، وجرى في الاجتماع الذي حضره السادة صلاح الدين محمد بهاء الدين والدكتور كمال شاكر وعلى بابير والدكتور كمال فؤاد وفاضل ميراني ومحمد الحاج محمود، بحث النشاطات الدبلوماسية للقيادة الكوردية في خارج البلاد وتقرر مواصلة تلك النشاطات وبشكلها المتطور.

كما جرى بحث مسألة تعديل الدستور العراقي الدائم والوضع الامني في اقليم كوردستان والارتقاء به، وتقرر ان يقوم الجميع بتوعية المواطنين ضد ظاهرة الارهاب وحثهم على التعاون مع مؤسسات الآسايش في اقليم كوردستان.

قام مصرف الرافدين بتأسيس وحدة تمارس عمليات مكافحة غسيل الأموال بموجب قانون مكافحة غسيل الأموال وتمويل الأرهاب الصادر عن المشرع العراقي .

The Rafidain Bank, the establishment of a unit to perform operations under the anti-money laundering law on combating money laundering and terrorism financing issued by the Iraqi legislature.

وأوضح مصدر في مصرف الرافدين بأن هذه الوحدة تتولى تنفيذ أحكام القانون المذكور آنفا والتعليمات الصادرة الى المصارف العاملة في الأقتصاد الوطني من المكتب المتخصص في البنك المركزي العراقي الذي أنشيء للغرض أعلاه مشيرا ألى أن المصرف يعمل مع الجهات الرقابية والسلطات المختصة من أجل تدعيم الأقتصاد الوطني للحد من الجرائم الأقتصادية ومنها جريمة غسيل الأموال .

The source explained that the Rafidain Bank in the unit in charge of implementing the provisions of the aforementioned Act and instructions issued to banks operating in the national economy of the spe******t in the Iraqi Central Bank, which was established for the purpose of the above, pointing out that the bank is working with regulators and the competent authorities in order to strengthen the national economy to reduce economic crimes, including the crime of money laundering.

وأضاف بأن الوحدة عملت على أصدار المنشورات التي تنشر الوعي المصرفي الخاص بغسيل الأموال للحد من تفشي هذه الظاهرة ، كما عملت هذه الوحدة على دراسة هذه الظاهرة وتأثيراتها الهدامة على الأقتصاد الوطني من خلال أجراء البحوث والدراسات الخاصة بذلك .

He added that the unit worked on the production of publications, which publishes awareness of the banking sector to money laundering to curb the spread of this phenomenon, this unit also worked on the study of this phenomenon and destructive effects on the national economy through research and special studies so.

وأكد المصدر بأن الوحدة تعمل من أجل أعداد برنامج متخصص يعالج هذا الموضوع ويساهم في رفع كفاءة العاملين في حقل مكافحة غسيل الأموال وذلك بالتنسيق مع مركز التدريب المالي والمحاسبي .

The source confirmed that the unit is working to develop a specialized program addresses this issue and contribute to raising the efficiency of workers in the field of combating money laundering, in coordination with the Training Center and financial accounting.

وأشار المصدر بأن عمليات غسيل الأموال هي من أخطر الجرائم الأقتصادية التي يشهدها عصرنا الحديث حيث فرضت هذه الظاهرة نفسها على دول العالم المتقدم والنامي على حد سواء وذلك في ظل التحرر المالي الذي تشهده اسواق المال العالمية حيث تواصل هذه الظاهرة نموها و بشكل متزايد مما يهدد الأستقرار الأقتصادي أذ يقدر حجم الأموال التي يتم غسلها سنويا من خلال البنوك في جميع أنحاء العالم بنحو (3) ترليون دولار أي مايقدر بنحو 5% من أجمالي الناتج العالمي وتعتبر البنوك طرفا أصليا مشاركا في عمليات غسيل الأموال بتقديمها التسهيلات اللازمة لضخ الأموال المشبوهة في الأقتصاد القومي لاسيما وأن المنافسة العالمية قد ساهمت في نقل هذه الأموال من دولة الى أخرى لأن البنوك ترحب بالأموال القادمة أليها سعيا لجلب الودائع بصرف النظر عن التحري عن مشروعية الأرباح .

You are dead on. It seems there are quite a few people that are misinterpreting...naysayer vs. negative news.

This is the news thread...all articles that would clue us in on what will affect this investment should be posted. For example...if Shabibi gave a statement that the rate of the Dinar was going to remain until Iraq joins the GCC, everyone should and would want to know this information. Yes it would be negative, but common sense would necessitate the posting of that article.

Now, if someone decides to post that Shabibi is an ***** an it won't reval, then that's a naysayer cut and dry....and if this is your mentality towards the investment, then maybe you should sell your Dinars to me, I will gladly take them.

There's a couple of posters here that probably should relax a little. Keep reading the articles and positive thoughts people!!! Just my 2 cents...
