Oh GROSS, a diet?????? Whatever you do....DON'T THINK ABOUT ANYTHING FRIED...ANY FAST FOOD...i.e. KFC, McDonalds, Taco He!!, Pizza S!ut....nothing of the sort....all melba toast and rice cakes...mmmmmmmmmmm!

nah no caymans, i have pre rv fattyitis, LOl too much sitting and munching while at the puter, the bum is taken on an odd shape! LOL, i need to lose 12 pounds, so i'm trying the special k diet

WOW! Hawaii!! My aunt lives there now. I hate to fly, but I guess I better get over that!!!

Dolphins are toooo coool. They are playful, friendly, and just interesting. I've only seen them in the wild 3 times or so. One time, I waited for God to send them my way on a trip in Florida, because we looked for them (i was with lady friends) for 3 days. I went out early alone on my last day there, and told God that I knew He could call them and send them my way, right in front of me, but if He chose not to, I knew He loved me anyway, and i didn't need to see them to KNOW He loved me. (sorry, that's the kind of relationship I have with Him!!!)I talked and sang to Him for 1 1/2 hours. THEN, just as i gave up and turned to walk towards our condo, there were 2 dolphins about 25 feet off the shore jumping and swimming right in front of me. I look at them now as a token of God's love for me.

That is an awesome story!!! He is truly the Lord!!!

Easier said than done. Radicals never see the light. Life will go on and business will move forward despite all the death and other casualties of this ignorants.

The Dinar will RV soon. Many will smile, and wile many are smiling, many more will fall victim of the same garbage we have seen since the beginning of time.

The night before, some ladies and I had our own worship session on the beach. It was a full moon and the entire beach was lit up. We stayed out there until 2:30 a.m. singing and laughing and visiting-we took our boom box down there. Well, my best friend left 30 min. after I did, around 3:00 a.m. and during that 30 min. time, SHE SAW dolphins. NOW you KNOW, I was a little irritated. (o.k. a LOT) so that's when I went out at 6:30 alone. I stared accross the vast waters and stood in awe of creation AND our Creator. I told God that I REALLY wanted to see the dolphins, and asked Him as a token of His love, to send them my way. (all creation hears His voice) I told Him that I believed He could call them from wherever they were and send them my way, but as time went by, it didn't look like I'd see them. AFTER I told Him I didn't NEED to see them, and it was O.K. that He didn't make them come to me, I KNEW He loved me, and after 1 1/2 hrs. of waiting, it was time to go back up for breakfast, so I turned to the right and began to walk up. JUST as I did, there they were.

• I learned several things after this:
• God loves us and enjoys blessing us with little nuggets like that
• He hears us
• He desires to give us gifts
• He is never late, and always on time, even when things look impossible.

My husband and I are on the best diet! It is a diet that was designed by a hospital to help cardiac patients lose weight before surgery. The best part about it is that you only do the diet 3 days a week, then off 4 days - AND you get ice cream every night! Back on again, until you lose the weight that you want. The first day I normally do on Sunday because the evening meal makes a good family meal because I usually cook a roast (I have used steaks,too). I have to say that I do cheat by adding mayo to the tuna since I can't eat it plain and sugar to the grapefruit. Still works! We're losing big inches all over.
