It has been reported that the April 9th Letter of Intent that was supposedly
delivered to the IMF is the fourth such letter to be activated.

That being the case, it seems to me that Iraq unnecessarily loses financial
and general credibility if it again does not revalue within the prescribed thirty (30) days, i.e. May 9th.

If it misses May 9th, it apparently has to send yet another (this time its fifth), Letter of Intent. If it's going to revalue in May anyway, before the
Dubai conference starting on May 28th, then why would Iraq want to embarass itself again for the sake of gaining a few more days to delay?

I was thinking the same thing. Do we have confirmation that this 4th LOI has indeed been filed or is it just a rumor?

Unfortunately the LoI is only a rumour. And not too many have panned out.

Agreed. Marshall Plan produced a reval and so will the dinar before or after the IC.

so are we possibly looking for before the 3rd or after but before the summit?im going out of state this weekend and do not have access to a computer, would hate to not be on here and miss the big event .
