i looked up the first amendment and it is dealing with unity of the country.

The first amendment, adding the phrase "The constitution is the guarantee of the unity of the country", might have important symbolic value, but is meaningless if the violence and insurgency continue.

Iraqi oil wealth exceeds expectations

Referring to a recent report that the bulk stocks of oil reserves in Iraq uninvested, it is possible for Iraq to redouble its production in this area within five years. The report says that the oil reserve in Iraq is estimated at 100 billion barrels, a double what was estimated so far as stated in a report IHS Energy. The report adds that in the case had been invested this wealth, Iraq will take center from Saudi Arabia's first oil exporter in the world.

However, the report says that Iraq needed to improve security and improve investments in order to begin production of different pattern of oil. The study is more accurate in the area compared to previous estimates of oil reserves new survey conducted after the fall of Saddam Hussein's regime. The study reported that the amount of oil reported in Iraq so far is 116 billion barrels, and it was possible that up to 100 billion barrels.

The quantity of oil produced daily by up to 2 million barrels less than it was before 2003, where up to three million barrels. The study that Iraq could raise its production to four million barrels per day solutions in 2012 and then with time to six million barrels per day. Says Ron Mobed Chairman of IHS that the volume of oil reserves in Iraq, which represents an enormous golden opportunity.

But Mobed stressed the need to improve security conditions that will allow foreign investments in the field of oil trend towards Iraq. The head of the group that "the security situation is now very bad, but when they are improving the oil infrastructure, it will become possible to produce at low prices."

The report says that key oil fields in Iraq are Kirkuk in the north and Rumaila in the south are working less than operational and that this is due to the sanctions that were imposed on the former Iraqi regime for more than a decade on one hand, and to the outcome of the war since 2003, but the report focused that these problems can be solved.

The Iraqi government had agreed earlier this year on a draft law regulating the distribution of oil wealth to the various ethnic groups in Iraq, the government considers this bill encouraging investments. It is expected to take this bill, which rejected the Kurdish area some of his proposals, how to vote in the House of Representatives of Iraq soon.

The Kuwait International Fair Company announced today that more than 13 countries will participate in the reconstruction of Iraq Exhibition II scheduled next November under the auspices of His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.

The director of exhibitions with the company on Shatti in a press statement that countries participating in the exhibition are Egypt, Syria, Iran, Turkey, Sweden, Belgium, America, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, China, Britain and Taiwan, in addition to Kuwait.

Shatti added that the exhibition represents the strongest link in a series of exhibitions reconstruction of Iraq in the region, where several countries are Kuwait geographical and historical ties with Iraq makes it a suitable place to host the exhibition.

The exhibition will be a major event that serves the peace efforts and reconstruction, which grow in the region after ousting the regime in Iraq, where the exhibition brings under its ceiling of thousands of companies interested in reconstruction operations and provide all possible assistance in achieving that goal, which has become a strategic objective of the international community.

He pointed out that the company looks forward to the exhibition Kuwait strong and effective participation in the next session, especially as the previous session had attracted a record where some 1400 participants from around 50 countries as a whole formed the largest international gathering for the purpose of reconstruction in Iraq.

He said that the company continues to discuss with a number of countries to coordinate their participation in the exhibition, explaining that contact was with the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce to arrange visits for Iraqi businessmen to visit the exhibition during his stay.

The company Exhibition Kuwait signed with the Egyptian international exhibitions held participation of organizing an exhibition of reconstructing Iraq II for the second time to allow for greater participation of the public sector companies in the construction and iron, cement, marble, granite and ceramic industry.
