Based on this documented record, the month of May appears to be a targeted window for the RV. We now have a timeframe of meetings “proposed”, [one before the end of this month and another mid May] to complete the “Program” and rid us of the "Program Rate"

And gosh when I start thinking about "Par Value" I start to think of what the CBI called "Parity Value" returning to the former level and what the state of Iraq insists.........It's all tied together in these upcoming meetings.
