Also attended by Ambassador Ashraf Qazi, Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations and Ambassador Karni from the American embassy and Ambassador Ilkka Ambassador of the European Union in Baghdad, the Italian Ambassador, and a number of diplomats from the British embassy, Japanese and Korean.

The meeting was opened by Mr. Attorney welcome speech, and he referred to the decision of the Prime Minister in support of the ministries and provinces for the implementation of the budget for this General with a view to completion within the time specified in the service of reviving the economy and creating job opportunities in addition to a reference to several important hubs in budget 2007. It was agreed that :
1. Strengthening cooperation between the Ministries of State and all governorates and the Ministries of Finance and Planning to overcome the problems and difficulties impeding the implementation of investment projects and mind conditions ministries and keenness on the implementation of projects and to ensure the application of regulations and instructions and provides the flexibility and speed necessary to achieve the highest percentages of completion.
2. Upgrading the follow-up process by the State ministries and all governorates in cooperation with the Ministry of Planning and to ensure that the obstacles in the diagnosis of early and work to solve and overcome in a short period of time.
3. The adoption of appropriate mechanisms and scientific minutes to expedite the release of funds by the Ministry of Finance to ensure the provision of liquidity for investment projects.
4. Support the capacity of the ministries and governorates in the implementation of projects through the upgrading of the capabilities of their staff in the areas of the contract and follow the opening credits, and financial scrutiny , through rehabilitation and training inside and outside Iraq.
5. Call ministries to make a greater effort to identify the criteria and selection of projects and the preparation of feasibility studies, estimate of cost efficiency and strict supervision on the implementation within the time frame specified therein.
6. Ministries to call attention efficient implementation in addition to the rapid achievement where experience had shown low levels of efficiency of many government projects, which reduced development efforts and reduce their usefulness.
7. Claim provinces benefit from the lessons of the past three years in the planning and implementation of projects and work to solve in cooperation with the ministries of Finance The Planning and Development Cooperation.
8. Work on the recommendations of accelerating the process of implementing projects and instructions contracts that have been adopted by the Council of Ministers.
9. Application instructions and accounting standards to ensure transparency and fairness in the implementation of projects without prejudice in order to achieve the speed and efficiency of the productive projects.
10. The use of models planned to follow up the implementation of projects and contracts and the rest of the models adopted to ensure control and follow-up and the efficiency and speed of implementation of investment projects.
11. Communication with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Ministries of Finance and Planning to ensure the highest coordinate and to ensure the proper implementation and speed.
12. There will be a second meeting of the Conference to be agreed upon.
Kmathmen present efforts of the Ministry of Finance for hosting the conference, and this conference will be a first step in the group of other steps to come under the supervision of the Deputy Prime Ministers and the Ministers of Finance, Planning and Development Cooperation, in order to achieve the desired goal.

Actually the vast majority of my Muslim friend are peace loving God fearing people. I lived in the region outside of Iraq since 98 and It is safer there than the states. The unfortuante thing is that there are just enough evil clowns to make it bad for the majority. And our media won't give time to the good things or people. Blood and guts is what sells comercials. That is exactly what I gather from the region. There is so much good going on, one act on violence seems to sparks political agenda from all parties here in the states. I have plenty of boots on the ground over their, and the only thing I want is for every one of them to get home. I tell them about this investment that excites us so much and they look at it as a way of freeing themselves from making that trip about every 6 months or so. It's funning, but people here in the states, have similar views about things, in regards to the dinar, you can tell your best friends to get some so they can enjoy a different lifestyle, and what do you get in return, laughter, jokes and the old phrase; "things will never change over there!" Well as WE all can see, things are changing and I make it a point to tell as many people as I can. I just don't want them to come back at me, "why didn't you tell me?", when I drive up in that pretty forest green "X" Series Jaguar. MMMM Feels nice on that soft beige leather upholstery!

...That is why I don't mention it to anyone besides my parents, who for some reason listened to me about this one! lol!

I got really tired, really quick of friends giving me 'the look' and saying "Ohhhh Tiffany...." It'll be MY turn with the "Ohhhhhhh Guys! You should have listened to me!"

The Economic Planning in the Ministry of Planning completed national strategic development for the years but the next quarter

Iraq succeed cancel the remainder of its debt to Paris Club countries Shahrastani request of the Arab States and Russia to reduce their debts par club Paris
Dr. Hussein Shahrastani oil minister said that the Iraqi delegation had succeeded in his talks with the International Monetary Fund to reduce the remaining of the debt, amounting to 20% out of 80%, which was reduced from 60% last year. He said the Minister of Oil Dr. in a press statement that Iraq was able to reduce Iraq's debt by 20%, which is 28 billion dollars during the negotiations conducted by the Iraqi delegation with the delegation of the International Fund in the United Arab Emirates and was also attended by Minister financial Ghebrsoulag Baker and the Central Bank Governor Sinan Al-Shabibi.

Shahrastani He added : "The Iraqi delegation was also able to convince the IMF delegation to withdraw his request to raise the prices of oil derivatives to world price levels and maintain a proposal to raise prices by 15%, to the fact that the living situation of the Iraqi people does not allow the imposition of more than this increase. " He explained : "The International Monetary Fund will be in April next report to the creditor to Iraq in the Paris Club clarifying Iraq's fulfillment of its commitments on economic reforms that request. "

I tell anyone who is even close to being a friend about this investment and you know how that goes. I read one time "No great wealth was ever gained by a rational man" can't remember where... I try to treat other how I want to be treated, so I pass on what was passed on to me.
