im probably going to get kicked out of here for posting this but i dont care. first of all, if i hadnt said what i knew and stood up for myself i wouldnt have ended up at rolclub and a lot of people wouldnt have followed me over here. they would still be at that dark place being ridiculed.

now someone from rolclub irritates a few and they branch off into a voice chat and start badmouthing rol and only posting at kikos site.

of course its ok to come to rol and take posts back to the chat and discuss them but god forbid you take one link out of there or you are up a creek. they run it like vegas, what is said there stays there. ok fine, if you want to be exclusive remember how things were when we all came over here to rolclub. you are putting everyone else in the same shoes you were in at one time. i guess you are enacting the ole 'what goes around comes around' on your own huh?

i was in there momentarily today and talked with someone in private message OUTSIDE OF THE CHAT ROOM about things that i posted partially here, not entirely. because they think that information belongs to only them in the voice chat because the person told them in there too then ive violated some 'exclusivity ruling'. so ive been 'BANNED' from the chat and my little heart is crushed. no reason, no notice, just this when i arrived today and asked about my roommate:

and what about those people who cant download that chat? they cant know anything either because their computers arent the right ones? you need to be treating others like you want to be treated. how does it make you feel when someone says to you ' i know something that you dont and im not going to tell you'? they should just keep their mouth shut huh.

you people in the chat need to look at yourself in the mirror and tell me that youre better than all these other investors who cant or dont go to that chat.

Ok Quick review

Was expected mid- dec...but agreement has been made now



31 / 01 / 2007 MENAFN The Iraqi Minister of Oil that Iraqi oil will be divided equally to the Iraqis, since the final draft of the oil law had been completed and was put on the Energy Commission to the Council of Ministers, and were unanimously approved by the Committee with some amendments in it



Still has to pass the Council of Ministers and Council of Representatives(parliament)

Expect passage in both before Feb 10th(when parliament recess begins)...Parliament already has enough votes to pass HCL so will be formality once there



Also that Vietnam and Iraq would be very close timing



this hasn't changed. Purpose is to prohibit taking profits of one and speculating on other...

However, if Iraq fails to complete HCL very soon, Vietnam will go alone as they are ready. Vietnam "technically" has till end of March to implement WTO requirements. If you've been following Vietnam news, constant changes for WTO compliance in all industries in news



The HCL(hydrocarbon law) or "oil law" contains waaaaaay more than just supporting the RV but I cant go into that. Passage of this law also provides exercising of major oil deals and the International Compact for Iraq-. That Compact is made up of many Billions in reconstruction for Iraq from the donor countries.

IMF also holding debt relief over Iraq for passage of HCL.

Example, if dinar were to RV at 1:1 and ISX folks got 10% extra once shares are adjusted

ISX folks would essentially see the RV at $1.10



Share adjustment expected about week after RV -

Direct investment by foreigners will not occur immediately despite the article saying April....

Sounds like delayed by couple months or so. Reason is so groups aren't bypassing Iraqi brokerages and investing direct into ISX thru like Goldman Sachs etc



Now Iran. Iran. Iran. Wow.The major media push towards Iran is expected to get hot.

Even PM Maliki has stated Iran is involved with the security problems but there are a few other chess moves coming.

Iran claims sanctions wont hurt them as they will drive price to $ 200.. However, some dudes got together and put out that by driving oil prices DOWN to around 35-40$ a barrel can turn Iran's gov't into the RED, thereby unable to funnel profits to fund insurgents.



Saudi Arabia has stated publicly they will flood the oil market to block Iran's move to raise prices thru roof.

Tying this altogether, remember oil law? Once law is passed and drillers have started,guess who will be there to pick up slack in oil exports once sanctions hit Iran? IRAQ

which is the Euro $ 1.29 (currently) x .93 = $ 1.20

one dinar to equal $ 1.20 +/-

I feel ya Susie, when she first started that room and RC was down I went there. She insisted that I give her my real name and gave me two minutes to reply, I did'nt and she banned me. She can keep her chat, I have Rolclub.

i was just given more information from our exclusive chat (by the way if you think i wont hear what goes on in there youre sadly mistaken because you didnt ban all my friends, yet).

i never took any information out of that chat, i talked to someone in pm and they gave me information that i posted here. that was not in the chat, it was a private conversation. i said nothing that was said in the chat as i dont know how to go back and get their history and no one told me anything other than something was goin on.

that is not 'breaking rules' that is sharing my private conversation with everyone else, it should be between me and the person i talked to, not the people who are powerhungry that want to run the chat with an iron fist.

its wrong of you people in chat to do that and now you are all coming over here and deleting my posts.
i have history and i can repost anything i post once. and i have a willpower to last so keep deleting.

Mean people suck and the thought of mean people with money scares me ! I hope i never treat people like this just because i can. I mean whats that all about ? BTW ......i too was banned from the chat that susie speaks of and i asked the moderator of the chat why. I was told she booted me because she could and nothing more. I pretty much keep to myslef and dont do the rumor thing at all. all this is just plain silly as if any of this matters to who knows what first and to date ...... everything has been wrong to the inside track

Rc programmer will be back in 3 days. Thats when we will start on our new site design.
I will first have him to look over the CHAT and have something installed.

If some of you could have told me what type of software they were using, then i will try to have the same installed here.
