The only things you can be "sure" of in life are death and taxes. As for everything else involving predictions of future events there is a probability factor (for lack of a better term) and in some things that factor is high and in others it is low.

My personal opinion based on all the news articles and statements by government and CBI officials coming out of Iraq (and NOT based on any rumours) is that in the case of the rise in value of the NID I rate the probability factor as being quite high.

Now, that being said, the existence of many rumours from many different sources adds to the probability factor. My experience in life has taught me that the more rumours there are about something the more likely there is some truth in them.

I will wait patiently until it finally happens.

I think that we can at least say that we are 99.9% sure that we won't lose our money. So, the only way to go is up!
