As I've said and thought many times...the greatness and the weakness of any open forum via the net is its openess. What makes it great is also its greatest weakness.

Many times I've been amazed at the tone and messages that get thrown around, knowing that a lot of it must hurt when it hits. But what can you do?

I like to garden, and I know that in order for the roses to bloom, I have to put up with spreading a lot of manure around. In a sense that's what we have here.

Thanks for your thoughts and frankness Neno, I'm sure at times you must feel an extra heavy burden having to be the judge and executioner, or even just the referree.

Someday...after the dust of the RV has settled, and when we will pat other on the back with a smug I-told-you-so smile, I'll lift a toast to you from my hide-away tropical beach and bless you for your patience.

I feel simply proud to have such moderators as neno. Being an good moderator is not about banning anyone, or host unsolved conflicts, but to solve them to the best of the their abilities, and ask for help if needed.

I know Rockfish and adster has had an issue with Neno, and i have also been trying to work as much as i could to solve the matters.

All member has their own place like each family member in a family, and it can not be replaced by anyone else. A forum is about voicing their opinions for good or worse, but responding to them in a respectful way is the proper way to go.... Your attitude on the forum is noted by several, and it does work as a healing or infecting agent for many.

I am glad we raised these questions in time, and hope that all that have had anything on their minds/hearts will come forward with it, and just put the rest behind us..

I just hope that all get to read this msg, before they post anything.We must all learn to respect the forum TOS as well as each other......

Glad to be sharing my time with whom i consider my internet family..

Good to open up another post/thread that reflects sincerity and what better way to come from our MOD himself.... Thank you for the audacity you carry with this reconciliatory post with a compromise that is fast becoming exemplary... GREAT & ASTUTE role displayed Neno.... da man...!!!

Dialogue and respect for other man's viewpoints is the way forward...and ROLClub is countlessly excelling this threshold failed in many Forums.... I am equally glad as with Admin to have our current MODs displaying this feat...

Banning is not a fun thing and neither a pleasure nor choice... it is a way for deterrance but some simply prefer to jump off the cliff on their own...a choice they finally take it upon themselves, we just tilt the edge...reluctantly.

Thank you soo much Neno !! I usually do not post much but your words have MOVED me entirely. We need peace in Iraq and why not talk about that word more often. All we need to do is listen to eachother and agree to disagree if there are differences. Believe it or not, I had a dream here in Phoenix during the weekend. My dream was that I attented a PEACE RALLY in front of the United Nations in New York and there where millionssss of people there!!!! Then skip to the future and I was in Iraq. It was like another vacation spot, where I could visit and learn their culture just like if it was Paris, Sydney or Fiji. The Iraqui people were happy and content all the while there was no more War and economic success for all.... I never been a fanatic but there is higher power that will work here as long as we all believe and keep the peace. Thank you...

GOD answers prayers.....I would like to take this time to thank all of you......,EACH AND EVERYONE ... I have no contacts,and didn't really know where to go for information. ....then my mom told me where all my family was getting thier info from. She gave me your website,and now I can find info,and feel like I'm contributing in this investment too. Well....not really contributing....BUT I truely appreciate all the hard work everyone has done ,and I am very grateful to NENO for pulling "THE GANG" back together. It's also good to know the rest of you have a warm heart,and are able to get beyond everything that has happened and move foreward. Lets all make it to the finish line !!! Also, a GREAT BIG THANKS for letting me tag along. I'm only a little puppy following the BIG DOGS.
