You can purchase from Barclays with a phone account as my friend did a few weeks ago.

Another friend was told at her Halifax last week that when she went to collect her order they couldn't get any, and just refunded her.

Although apparently the supplies are starting to dry up - so tell her to hurry. Oh and she must have an account with the Bank she chooses. But your friend is bound to have an account at one of those.

Of course, there is still a few listings on ebay for the UK. thats if you dont mind paying extra for them.

They will get them to you too. But I would use them as last resort since you are in London if you have other options.
