    I still say the same thing....to encourage investors to help rebuild the infrastructure, but high enough to give them purchasing power at the mid seventy cent range, with another two or three increases later as security and rebuilding takes hold.

    I'd love to see .20- .25 the day of the reval. Would drop over dead at .50 or higher!

    Plumped for .71 - 1 as an opneing value.

    Just can't see it being initially any higher, either way, I'll be a millionaire!

    is that .71 usd per 1 dinar or 1 usd = .71 dinar ($1.40)?

    1.04 Just because it places the value of the dinar above the dollar by far enough to make them want to use it. If it doesn't happen by the 15th, then possibly by the 1st. JMO
