My understanding was that if you used the UV light the paper would glow and/or change color. You should be able to see the horse head clearly as well with the 25k notes.

Hey, Rhys925

If you have the 25k notes. The glowing block with the denomination
printed in Arabic is located above the tractor.

The block is located on the Arabic side of all the notes. But in deferent
places.
