    Default CBI Game Plan

The recent "Slow"yet positive movement in exchange rate is, I believe by carefull design by the CBI. One of there goals is to buy back as much dinar as possible. A slow initial change in rate of the dinar may be a plan to demonstrate that it will take a lot of time to get rate back up. As a result getting some to cash out along the way. The governor of CBi is a very clever person. It makes sense to me. Some are already calculating how long it will take. I know most of it is creative sarcasm (See Ozizoz's post) that it wiil take a year at the current progress. Well, we are game planners too ! We are waiting with the patience of a cat looking for the catch of a LIFETIME !

This could be what it is but, I believe it is the value of the dollar dropping, that is doing this. Just MHO.
