This is a new company (official launch on September 1st). Based on the same concept as the Diamond one running out of Canada. This one is Hong Kong based with the Admin and MD operating from Australia.
I've done a fair bit of research into it, and it looks legit and very promising. Specially since joining before the official launch has great benefits. They're going to be advertising heavily over in the US and Europe.

They have around 10.000 people pre registered that will be joining up soon after september 1st.
