We have good news for members regarding compression of the 2x10 matrix.

Fortune2x2 will extend the period for members to upgrade and keep their pre-registration positions until Jan 15 2011. (midnight MST)

Why was it important that this extension be granted?

1. Many members continue to ask for extensions, due to the holiday season with members being away and not able to access computers.
2. We are doing our next commission run on Jan 15, so it makes sense to payout Dec 2x10 commissions together with the mid month cycle commissions all at the same time.
3. This will allow new members to continue to sign for free for another 12 days before they are compressed out of the matrix.

Beginning Jan 15, free registration will end.

All new members wanting to join Fortune2x2 will pay at the time of registration. (This will mean no more unpaid grey avatars in your 2x10).

We are very excited at the number of people joining us each day and the continuing number of people upgrading daily.



NOTE

Due to the holiday schedule of the programmer, the commissions were paid, however your back office still shows the commissions from the last pay run.

All members who were paid out through Alertpay will have their commissions reset to 0 and new commissions from the 2x2 added.

Members who did not update their back offices in time for the commission run will continue to see your owed commissions and will be paid out at the next payrun Jan 15.

We have now created the new Compensation Plan video and updated our power point presentations to reflect the new and exciting changes we have made for increased revenue to our growing membership.

The Compensation Plan video has now been uploaded to YouTube. Due to the current restrictions of the service we could not simply replace the video, therefore there is new embed code for anyone who is using this on their own websites. Yout will have to amend your links to allow your team and prospects to view this greater revenue building opportunity.

In order to ensure you have the very latest information on the Compensation Plan we have also re-uploaded the PowerPoint presentation to our main website that is available for download from the Opportunity section of the site – we recommend you download this for your presentations now.

Additionally we have had to re-embed the link in your Invite Digital Web Book 4 you received in month 1 of your membership, entitled DWB-4, so please login to your back office and download this file again.

At FortuneDWB, we believe in being honest with our membership, so here it is ...

Under U.S. Federal DMCA* legislation, anyone can make a complaint to a hosting company, legitimate or not, that a website has infringed copyright law, claiming intellectual property for material used by that business. Whether or not their claim is legitimate a person can lodge a complaint under this mechanism, which forces the owners of the site to be closed for 14 days until the person who raised the complaint can show they have instigated legal proceedings. In our case it was from a programming team who charged us for a system that has proven to be sub standard and nothing close to what we wanted to provide our membership with. As soon as this became apparent to us, just after Christmas we instantly engaged the services of a reputable company who reported to us that our current system should be condemned as unworkable. We subsequently commissioned a new system which has been a work in progress for the last 2 months as it has always been our earnest intention to provide our members with the best we can.

The good news to come out of this is Fortune2x2 had already planned to unveil the newly branded system to our membership at the end of March. Due to our current situation, we have agreed with our programmers to expedite that schedule and we are confident that we can deliver the new FortuneDWB system prior to the end of the month and know our membership will be very happy with the results.

We are seeing phenomenal growth and having spoken to our leaders, they have confirmed that we have a lot of people waiting to get involved with us and that our products are already creating unstoppable momentum to a broad spectrum of both individual and business users, which is creating success and financial benefits to a growing number of people who have remained loyal to us.

We can assure you that the actions of the person who instigated these proceedings will not be allowed to detract from our ultimate success together. We therefore thank you for your continuing support and loyalty and look forward to serving you for years to come.

* Join our campaign to get this DMCA legislation changed. Our hardware provider and internet host, Hostgator.com, is not at fault in this situation. They are required by law to comply with DMCA legislation and cease access to allegedly infringed works for a period of no less than 14 days. Hostgator.com has been very responsive to the situation and have helped point us in the right direction to ultimately resolve this complaint. Please help us support this needed change in legislation by sending an email to [email protected] to make a representation to the US Congress about the unfairness of the current DMCA federal laws; that favor a claim on infringement with no substantiation. These laws force the hosting company to comply with a ruling that requires a legitimate business owner's website to be closed down for 14 days irrespective of the legitimacy of the claim to wait and see if a lawsuit is instigated. It is grossly unfair to Internet business owners, as for their customers, to be penalized in this way.

We will archive these figures in the form of a formal petition to assist in our suit against our previous programmers.
