Maybe RC wont make the mistake but like i think FMITB is saying, humans will be humans. Impatient and greedy people stuffed it up for us in PIPS and they did it to us in SI. You need something that will cover us for late payments in case something goes wrong. You need people to agree to terms that they wont go to outside sources to retrieve funds-they have to let RC do everything, and if they do- they will have their accounts closed and lose all monies made but give back their stupid intial investment. ROL Club needs to have control on every detail outlined,(well as much as possible for the sake of the members and their investments).
Check that what you're gonna do is gonna cover us legally in every country. Hire honest hearted people that dont have ties to outside interference and that wont turn on us. Have no more than 5 people run each dept, except for Admin and Cust Service - (you'll need enough people to cope with the amount of members at the time). Make sure the Paying Dept is efficient at their work and they handle from start to finish one account at a time (what i mean is some staff will start on one acct and then jump to another without finishing the first- that's how some mistakes happen!)
Give us a phone # to check that this is legit. Alot of us have lost credibility with our friends and family, they will want to check it out themselves.
Give first priority to the members.
I've seen in many programs how the CEO's and admin have crossed over and sent their URL links to members downlines (that goes against principal and MLM rules) please dont betray us (that would be distingusting).
Try and keep FEES down as low as possible.
ROL has done well to keep people informed of what's going on- keep that up.
Make sure you have enough servers and automation services ready to handle the floods. Make sure the banks you deal with wont turn on us. Maybe look into Building Societies? Wont hurt. Majority of banks around the world have free access to our bank accounts (in case anyone needed to know that).
Dont make over exaggerated promises.
Keep the website simple, get to the point, less words as possible.
We cant say we wont make mistakes, the government, banks, fraud squads, solicitors, big brother/ Secret Society will find something, make up something or start something to stop us from bettering our lives.
If we as a club can stay and stick together thru thick and thin like we have been then we'll get bigger, stronger and we can take on anyone...

Thank you for that informative and very good post. Id say that you coverd most of the issues that we will have to work on. And yes you are right, we cant say that we will make the same misstakes that other programs have but with the knowledge we have on this forum i can surely say that those misstakes will be minimized.

We wont rush just to launch a program, we will work with this in the smallest detail, even if it takes a long time. We dont have to rush. It is better that we have everything in place before we start something. And with the support of our RC members i hope that this can be a program that will last for a very long time.

But we cant do it without your help and support!

The idea working with and through real banks and financial institutions is the way to go. It leaves little if any room for cheating and scamming people. It is also much better in terms of dealing with transfers that need not go through a tunnel of organizations in order to reach the final deposit point, not to mention the charges each one levies upon the others for their part.
