Everyday I hear, "I already have several thousand people in my power leg, why can't I open up my other leg and start building that leg so I can start cycling?" I then ask them, "Why do you have such a strong desire to build you other Leg?" They say, "Because I already have a large number of people in my power leg and I want to start balancing it out so I can start cycling." I say, "ah ha, the reason you have such a strong desire to build the other leg is that you already have a strong power leg. Right?" They say "Yes." "So why then would you want to deprive your friends from having the same excitement that you feel right now and from having the same incentive that you now have to build your other leg?" They think about it for a moment and say, "Now that I look at it from that point of view I see the reason why we are doing it this way."

Stop and think about it… when was the last time you could call up a Network Marketing friend and say, "Hey, sign up today and you will get 7,000 new distributors spilled over into your downline in the next week!"

Folks, this is a powerful sponsoring tool; make sure you are taking advantage of this 'rapidly closing' window of opportunity. This not only rewards the big recruiters by giving them an awesome incentive to keep on recruiting, but it helps the little guy by having all of this recruiting activity "spill-over" into their Binary downline which will in turn help the average distributor cycle more often. We will have some distributors earn 10, 20 and $30,000.00 or more before they get their first Binary check. So do not worry about the right leg being open at this point, just keep on sponsoring and helping them get started. Also, what sets our Binary part of the compensation plan apart from the earlier Binaries is that we have a matching bonus of 20% of the Binary Cycling earnings of your personally sponsored distributors and 20% of their personally sponsored distributors and 10% of your 3rd level of personally sponsored distributors. All you have to do to be qualified for all three levels of matching bonuses is to be a Gold Distributor which is personally sponsoring three distributors who each have three who each have three. Or in other words create a 3, 9, 27 core of leaders who each purchase/sell an initial Ten Pack. Gold award level also qualifies you for all 4 levels of 25.00 in the Unilevel portion of the comp plan.

Also, to address your question about conference calls...
The company will not be conducting conference calls; they will be leaving that up to the distributors if and when they want to do them. The announcement was in error based on an assumption that one or more of the top leaders would start doing calls and the company would promote that particular call. As the idea of starting conference was discussed among the top leaders the following observation was made… aaTCM was breaking every record ever set in MLM history and it was all happening WITHOUT conference calls! Everyone seemed to be relying on simply sending their prospects to the their Website and have them watch the FOX News and CNN News clips as well as the QVC footage. Bingo, next thing was they signed up and sent their friends to their Website to do the same thing. Simple duplication. "Monkey see monkey do." The explosive growth in the field is almost VIRAL in nature and highly duplicated with the awesome credibility of FOX and CNN. The consensus was "If it ain’t broke then don't fix it." Some of the concepts discussed were as follows: A conference call at 8:00PM on a Thursday evening could cause people (out of habit) to send their people to the call instead of to their Website or cause prospects to wait until the conference call before making up their mind. A person signing up as the result of a conference call will become emotionally attached to that particular method of recruiting and want to bring their prospects in the same way limiting their recruiting to only when there are scheduled calls. Some distributors are concerned that if an unethical distributor on the call recognizes the name or voice of someone else’s prospect on the call they could contact them and say "sign up with me." Sometimes well intentioned new distributors ask dumb questions that could cast doubt in other prospects minds and of course you always risk having a heckler on the call.
