Requirement to join the Gap Funding or Buy a Hedge Fund Equity Share is purchase of one portal share of FPS (this gives you equity in the company as a Class A voting shareholder--it pays monthly dividends and a quarterly bonus) $350/share

Then you would click on "Add Fund" at top of menu after you login to the back office. Choose Short-Term gap fund if you want to do the special Gap Fund paying 100% interest ( 45 or 60 days).. interest minus 10% syndication fee and $125 setup fee. This is a one-time $100 fee and $25 documentation fee. Minimum is $100 but to be worth it, you should try to do at least $500 or $1000 minimum.

To choose the equity share in the Hedge Fund, you click on "Add Funds" and choose Hedge Fund. You may buy $100-$499 and receive dividends, $500-$1499 will incorporate you into the hedge fund and dividends, $1500 would give you incorporation, dividends and a sharing of 1% monthly in 5% of the interest earned in the monthly Hedge Fund when it launches. This could turn out to earn you even more than the 30-50% projected interest when it launches. There is a one-time $150 setup fee... BUT that $100 fee is waived if you have already paid a setup fee for Gap Funding.
