By using the wealthtoolbox.com web site (“Service”), a service of GeoPoint Marketing, (“GeoPoint”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Account Terms

1. You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
2. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
3. You must provide a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
4. Your account may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
5. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.
7. Currently account balance pages are publicly accessible with only an email address.
8. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Account. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.
Termination

GeoPoint, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other GeoPoint service, for any reason at any time. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of any cash balance, earnings and bonuses within your Account. GeoPoint reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Modifications to the Service and Prices

1. GeoPoint reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
2. GeoPoint shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Account Balances

1. OWNERSHIP: For legal and tax purposes the money we deposit in your name, in your Long-Term Investment Account belongs to us until that money is paid to you. Once it is in your possession, it becomes your property.
2. PAYOUT: Payout of your Long-Term Investment Account
* Your account will reach maturity and be paid out 24 months after account creation. * Account payout is dependent upon you maintaining an active account and abiding by the Terms of Service and membership requirements.
* You may receive a partial or full payment from your account balance before your account reaches maturity (at our discretion).
* Account payout will be made via instant PayPal payment to the email address we have on record. Please sign up with an email address that you use frequently and will not change (such as Gmail, Yahoo!Mail or Hotmail).
3. MAINTENANCE: All balances are securely maintained with top-tier financial service providers in a financially solid, politically neutral country. This helps us to eliminate tax liabilities and insure availability of our funds. However, when we send money to your PayPal account, you become responsible for all taxes imposed by the local, regional and national governments in your jurisdiction. 4. VOLATILITY: Because of the nature of our investments, expect your account balance to rise and fall dramatically over time. Although we will work to grow the balance in your account with every investment, we cannot and do not guarantee any amount of funds within your account upon maturity.

Everyone Can Not Join Freely. Pls. note the followings.

I think this is a well planned "promotional" strategy. If they offer $50 bonus, for example, for $100 new deposit(investment), many prospective investors will become very "suspicious" and will "Never" try. Since it is "absolutely" unconditional to receieve $50, many people, both rich and poor, may Join This Program and become " the founding members" forming a large client base from the start. Pls. also take note that Our Account Are "Locked" for 24 Months and Only Profits Are "Withdrawable". IT IS, THEREFORE, REALISTIC.

Hi nanni, it looks like they have problems with their mailing system. But they are working on it.

It took about 2 to 3 weeks (!) until I received my confirmation email, but it finally did arrive! My husband signed up under me about a week ago and he hasn't got his one yet. But as it took so long to get mine I'm still relaxed.
