We are currently not accepting the purchase of ad packages at this time. We are unable to move money in or out of our bank accounts, per the US Attorney. We are working to resolve the problem at hand and we look forward to resuming operations as soon as we are able.

I returned to work today from the church convention in San Antonio, TX. I was privileged to sit in on a few of the business sessions and enjoyed some tremendous services during the two evenings I was there. While in Texas, I received a call from our attorney in Washington D.C. He was very encouraging and no doubt has a great game plan to provide a positive solution for Golden Panda Ad Builder. We now have two very successful and professional attorneys working diligently for our organization and are now ready to face the challenge at hand. The attorney in charge at the Attorney General's office will be on vacation until next Monday. That being said, our attorney maintains that it will do no good to go to Washington D.C. until the man who makes the final decisions regarding our case returns. Next week our attorneys will be meeting with the Washington attorney.

Have you ever played the children's game where you whisper something in someone's ear and that person whispers, then another? When you get to the end of the line the story is not at all the same as when it started. Well, the "ear" is now the internet and we have to be careful what we "hear" and what we repeat as truth. A couple of nights ago I was reading the alleged charges against our company. There was a gentleman in my office who received a call saying he had heard that one of the alleged plaintiffs was arrested while trying to get on an airplane and that Clarence was put in jail also. The gentleman in my office said, "Clarence must be a pretty remarkable fellow because I am amazed how I can be looking at him here and he's also in jail."

Everyday that goes by brings us closer to having Golden Panda Ad Builder up and running. We have all had many different emotions that have challenged us this past week. These emotions range from shock, to anxiousness, to anger and now for me at least, a genuine peace that everything will be "right". There may be some who have a" Pollyanna" approach to life and live in that kind of dream land and base their assurance on a feeling. Feelings are fleeting, and if you based your joining Golden Panda Ad Builder on a feeling then you possibly joined for the wrong reason. But, if you look at the business and understand how it works you made a business decision that is still as sound today, as it was the day you joined. It works because it is a business model that is viable.

Let me first say how much I appreciate all of your prayers and support. We got a call from someone in Canada that stated that half of Canada was praying for our success. It has been no different in the states; people are sincerely praying and standing up for the Golden Panda, the staff and for me. Thank You. We have read the complaint and strongly disagree with much of what was stated. Of course out of the 101 pages only 3 or 4 had any mention of Golden Panda. Our attorney is a very accomplished and successful attorney who feels comfortable and ready to defend our position on everything. For those of you who do not know me you will see that I have not and will never be a quitter, especially when I feel strong about my position that I am taking. This will be a fight but I believe that we will prevail.
