Unfortunately, not many would be willing to tackle cyber slander. In this country, they could say "free speech" and crap like that. Proof is the problem. You would have to prove deliberate deception and willful destruction, restraint of trade, and personal damage........long, uphill battle pushing THAT rope. The day will come, however, when they go too far....... if they haven't already.

After a little DD, that texas C+D refers to the 5 yr trust plan, which was cancelled. So the C+D has nothing to do with this. And you would think that if there was an issue with the lottery that the host would never allowed the site to begin with. You think the "lotto" part of HA-Lotto was a dead giveaway. No doubt there is more going on here.

Thank you for the comment, I take it as a compliment. There is a specific word in my post that you probably, beeing everwiser, didn't miss it. I said "I am dissapointed", not "I was sure". This implies that I still have trust in Bryan, but I am disapointed about the way he just handled the things. It's obviously his performance was very poor. Maybe if you and the cheearleaders will be critical when Bryan is wrongdoing, something positive will come out of this.

I didn't miss it...It is precisely why I posted. It's easy to armchair quarterback with hindsight being 20/20 and all that. You're welcome to look through my previous posts and then rethink the "cheerleader" label. Just because someone doesn't choose to be negative and/or disapproves of others being negative "does not a cheerleader make".

There hasn't been very many singing Bryan's praises on this forum lately and that is a shame because, regardless of the situation we all find ourselves currently in, he has kept plugging away in spite of all the crap being thrown at him. You can say whatever you want to say but I don't see ANY other program owner being beaten up so badly nor working so hard to correct it. It shows guts and determination and regardless of where it went wrong (if it did) and who was doing what (we still don't know) I respect that in a person.

Everyone has been expressing their displeasure over and over and over and over again. How d@%$ deep is the well of "woe is me"? I just wish that even if you and others can't get over it, you would at least give it a rest...

The fact of the matter is that many programmes have come and gone since the Pips investigation began.

There was the favourite surf site for instance. Poor girl, they took her apart too - for stopping a bunch of swindlers trying to take her programme apart. They took it apart anyway and know what --------- the number one swindler ran right into the bunker over there on TG hill to cry and get his army behind him. He swindled the *favourite surf site* of more than $125.000 usd just like he did with Pips.

Now the girl of *the favourite surf site* refers to her ex-business, because she decided to go into receivership (or was she forced?). She is not allowed to communicate with her members and there were a lot of them, do they bad mouth her? Well, I guess they would like to but guess what? There is no forum - the receiver took it down. All of this in the land of free speech.

Here we have a person who is defying gravity to keep at the side of his members and they shove him away at every turn. Why? Because they are entitled to speak freely - aren't they?
Well, the receiver in the case of *the favourite surf site* didn't seem to think so and I doubt that the ex-members of that site will receive any of their lost monies at all - here we still have a chance - the owner is going to bat for us.

We are not the only ones who gain by the lotto site. He gains too. Both sides (us and Bryan) have a vested interest in it suceeding

If I would think about you as a cheerleader, I would have said "you and the other cheerleaders". The words "the other" are missing from my post.

Of course I get disapointed about what happened, Bryan hosting the site in a state that prohibites his programs. He suppose to bring PIPS back, should my trust remain strong in his capabilities to do so after him doing such a unexplainable mistake?

Regarding displaying my displeasure over and over again, I don't think I am to repetitive, most of the time I am replying to other's posts when I have onother opinion, and many times I am stating just facts. I don't go around and start defamatory posts because I still don't know what the truth is.

BTW, I never denied Bryan's determination and endurance or his good intentions.
