The only difference between cash and WebCash is that WebCash can only be used, as the name says, on the web.

I'm willing to bet that the "webcash" is simply a promotional/discount form of currency that can only be redeemed at web-vendors that have agreed to accept/offer it in the first place. Typically, you'll have to add some real money to the deal in order to use up all of your webcash. That's my take on it, anyway.

How about buying three tickets every week myself instead of selling to others for being entitled to earn commission?

Could someone tell me what is the difference between buying and selling?

Frankly I am afraid i can not continue to sell three tickets to other people.

Because you're just recycling money within the system. Yes it does "add" money but that same money will be paid back to you; then you put it back in, and then you get it back. There would be no growth without real sales. To keep yourself in the matrix, you can get them for friends or family with your own money but you will not be growing the enterprise, just saving your place within it.

I think what Bryan meant is :-
As an affiliate in the matrix, you have to sell three tickets (totally 3 x $5 = $15) every week for as long as the lotto program is running. When you sell three tickets, you will qualify to get the commission / bonus. If you cannot sell all three to your family and friends every single week, just sell them to your own self. That is what most of the members will do, I am sure.

Bryan has said that you cannot sell them to "your own self" - must be to ordinary members not in the affiliate matrix
