Hello Brian,
Nice to see you having some satisfaction with the new Lotto set up, to please some of the JollyPipsters!
I wonder if, as it should be well known, that people like me have entrusted to your pic pay set-up moneys earned extremely hard, under stress and also by years of saving!
Taking up with your in the past largely promoted “earning of good interest” on the secure deposits assuring a relatively good retirement.
Well, no one I have seen writing to you lately had mentioned these facts and more so, probably will not be interested in a LOTTERY, looking more so like a pyramid venture; Such is available in many a countries with more or less a gambling chance also!
I would like to get you to spell out in a “factual” manner what the future will hold for us?
As you have stated: ”No court case (as was anticipated?) had been enacted against you” impeding you to move on!
As I see it, you have essentially worked with your members money, not with a line of credit from your bank?! Lawfully no institution in the world market can or would, take the freedom not to inform a client over so many months now and virtually hold him to ransom in that way!
Time has gone by and the bank you deal with would have to have come up with a plausible result/information or, is close to have one shortly.

In between time we, the investors like me are grasping on straws, fiddling in the proverbial dark!

Noosartist posted a very good post - I support his argument.

It would be nice to know:

1. Where are our investments currently?
2. How long before PIPS is relaunched?
3. Why spend MORE money on a lotto if withdrawals are still pending for over a yr?
4. Why not post factual communication regarding progress of investments in PIPS?
5. Why not boost the investors confidence with regards to ROL's and payout of pendings instead of requesting more money in a gambling game? (pendings over 8000$)
6. Many serious investors are over the 20 000 units in PIPS - does this not validate them to know the above? (I for one)
7. Serious investors stratergize thus non communication of financial status of investments - is not an option for them.
8. I would like to continue investing in the future of PIPS, however if the above questions cannot be answered by a CEO, then the future of any investments looks bleak.
9. Relaunching a program requires financial backing? Who is financially supporting the relaunch of PIPSAID?
10. Indications are that the investigations with BN are over?

I understand heaps of PIPS folk probably do not go near forums anymore after such disappointment
and when PIPS closed lost faith and got on with their lives. If PIPS is resurected, will members be notified so that they may be able to receive any funds Bryan allocates.
