MEF launched the Referral Contest


The winner prize :

* 1st Place : $30
* 2nd Place : $20
* 3rd Place : $10


The rule :

* All referrals must have post at least 30+ to be a valid referrals
* Referrers must have 10 valid referrals to qualify for the prize
* Members/staff who had won the previous referral contest at MEF cannot participate in this new referral contest. Give other members chance to win.
* Contest start from : 14 August 2009 00:00 GMT(0) - 14 Sept 2009 00:00 GMT(0) and all valid referrals will count from this period only.
* Payment processor for cashout : LR, PM, Paypal, A
