Hi Everybody,

Well, there's a reason we do a Launch Beta Test. It's to make sure
the system and software is working correctly.

Here's the good news. The system and software are working GREAT.

Unfortunately, the process with Alertpay was not as smooth due to the
unexpected upgrades they put in place the day before beta testing began.
This resulted in a chain reaction of problematic issues, including double
positions being created and positions being randomly assigned incorrectly.
So needless to say, this created a huge geneology problem from the top position
(admin) on down.

We have the issues with Alertpay now resolved so everything will run smoothly
from here on out.

But to correct everything, all positions currently in the system will be
purged out and we will all need to re-sign up. If you paid for your position that
has been purged, you do not need to pay again. You will need to submit
proof of your Alertpay payment (instructions below).

Our GLOBAL LAUNCH will be at 8 p.m. EST TONIGHT (Friday).
We cannot stress enough that you need to follow the sign up instructions
EXACTLY because once you have joined, you cannot change your position.

Here are the instructions that you must follow to re-join:

1. Get your NEW LINK from your referrer. It should look like this:

Before you sign up, clear your cookies and re-boot. This will prevent
you from signing up with the wrong referrer.

2. Once you've re-booted, sign up. Before you complete your sign up,
please make sure the referrer listed is the person who you are to sign up under.

to activate your first position...Once you are activated, sign up your second and third
positions under your first position so you've qualified your top position. Then activate your
second and third positions.)

3. IMMEDIATELY log into your back office. (Important note: even though

4. In your back office, click on your referrer URL to make sure your name comes
up on your site.

5. IMPORTANT AND URGENT! If you have already paid, IMMEDIATELY submit
a support ticket from your back office and send in your proof of payment (this is
confirmation receipt you received from Alertpay when you purchased your previous
position that has now been purged). Make sure you also include your username.
(If you purchase a tri-pack, submit EACH username. Include your Alertpay transaction
receipts for each position). You will find your transaction receipts in your Alertpay back
office. Just copy that number and paste it into your email to support) as proof
of payment.

**Do NOT send this confirmation information via email. Make sure you
submit this from your back office.**

If you are a new sign up, automatically upgrade by paying for each position in your
back office.

6. As soon as you submit this support email, customer service reps will
activate your account right away. Wait a few minutes and then refresh
your screen. Once you are activated, you'll see a green Active button at
the bottom of the homepage of your back office.

7. You are now ready to promote your link. DO NOT sign up anybody
until you are activated.

Very exciting day at RCB, as Level 2 has launched
AND the company is in the process of completing its
first-ever payday of more than $60,000!

Before we give you instructions for upgrading to the
next level (which when your matrix is full will pay
